You only need a little patch(i found that on the web and working very well on EPSXE 1.6.0)
U must use for load that[M3S file] with "Pete's CDR ASPI/IOCTL Driver 1.11" (load with "Use Subchannel SBI/M3S info file(recommanded)") And game work fine

as game is password of this zip
to already obtain the key, but this game the this bad when it is going to load track has left patch, very pretty presntacion and until you can enter the menu but it is not possible to be played.
