Request: Cotton "RIP Translations" NTSC (PSX)

Ok here's the story. Sometime in the year 2000 a hacker did a tranlation on the PSX game Cotton and released the ISO on his website. Well the website has died and I can't seem to find this ISO anywhere. Maybe someone here has it or knows where to find it? It's only 3MB compressed so it shouldn't be too hard to upload/send. All the ISOs of this game I have found have been in Japanese.
