Thank you so much! :)

EDIT; I hate rapidshare because it wont let me get more than 1 file until the timer tell me 80 minutes before the next file. Oh darn. I will be patient.

Very nice upload, thanks for this one.
I just hope i can get it to run properly, no one seems to have given any real input on what makes the pal version not work.

Great game. It made it's way onto many platforms, very fitting for a platformer. ;)

I've been meaning to try this series out. I recently played raving rabbids on the wii and it was pretty fun. I realize this is a plaformer and not a mini-game fest, but I like the characters. Thanks for the up, Yoshi! :applause:

I was hoping teh vice-versa.RRR would have been cooler as a platformer than those mini games.

But ssspsx cannot run straight from the harddrive... In-fact, I think ePSXe might be the only one that does!

I'll be honest here. This game creeps me a bit. It's just much too perky and strange for my tastes on many parts.

Though, the caves were great, and the scorpion boss was fun to fight. I didn't however, like having to get 100% on every level to get to the final level/boss. Challenging and understandable as that was, I would have rather just rushed through the game and focused more on the story, instead of doing all the backtracking I had to do through annoying levels to get every single one of those whatchamacallit things from the cages.

Overall though...slightly creepy, yet very entertaining going through the levels, getting new powers (ok, I'll admit the hair Helicopter was very entertaining), and fighting the bosses such as a giant moving Saxaphone and a flying mosquito made the game interesting, creative, and fun to go through.

So, yeah, good game...overboard and strange at parts.

Ho-ly-Crap this game officially blows

The password doesn't seem to work for some reason...?

I'm using PowerArchiver, extracting it correctly but nothing appears. No file, no error. Odd. Any ideas?

EDIT: Used WinRAR instead and it was doing well until Part 4, where it said this:
! D:\All\Downloads\Rayman PAL-E.part4.rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file Rayman PAL-E.bin (wrong password ?).

That was the PAL version, I'll try the NTSC one now.

Oh, are you talking to me, Woodman?

I hate rapidshare because it jerks you around so much. You have to wait like, 80 minutes between downloads, and a file will have about 9 or 10 splits? Man, boink that. True, you can pay for a membership, but I refuse to pay for file sharing service when there are plenty of free file sharing sites on the web.

Granted, they jerk you around too, but at least you don't have to wait 80 minutes between files. Take Megaupload for example. On average, I could probably download about 2, maybe 3 games in one day before I hit there limit. And even then, you only have to wait 120 minutes before you can download more (which is only 1.5 times as long as 80 minutes). And even then, does anyone really need to download more than 3 playstation games in one day?

AND Rapidshare makes you wait for like 3 whole minutes before you can even start your download, while Megaupload only makes you wait 45 seconds. Lets just face it. Rapidshare is inferior in every possible way, offers no real bonuses or deals, and yet EVERYONE IS OBSESSED WITH IT! YAAAGH!!!

Actually, Rapidshare changed it to where you only have to wait two minutes (more along the lines of 1 minute 40-50 seconds actually), and it's actually, I believe, now around 70 minutes you have to wait between files. Not a big change, but they're getting there.

I have found out how to make Rayman work on ePSXe emulator.
First Go Here: http://www.ngemu.com/psx/epsxe.php?action=plugins
And download this plugin: CDR Mooby v2.8 Now go to the emulator folder and extract the plugin in the plugins folder. Open up ePSXe, click on config and scroll down to cdrom. Click on that and a window should show up. Now just scroll down the list and select Mooby 2 cd disk image driver 2.8 now click on configure and exit out of the window that shows up. now click ok. now open up any game that you wanna play by clicking file, run cd rom and clicking on the game you downloaded. Its guaranteed to work. It also runs Megaman Legends 2. If its getting stuck on you. Have Fun ;)

hey there i was wondering if this is the right place to post ( i'm sure err body & dey mama gonna let me know whether or not it is) but i'm like 2% away from beating this game. i first started playing rayman as a kid about 11 or 12 and I loved it. I recently came upon the same ps1 cd and quickly downloaded the program to play it off my computer (epsxe) but can anyone tell me where all the platoon cages are in Eat at Joe's and Mr Skop's Stalactites. I got 4 at Eat at Joe's and 5 in Mr Skop's Stalactites. i couldn't tell exactly where they are cause i've been searching for these last three cages forever. its greatly appreciated. oh and i've checked youtube for walk thru's on these stages but it only goes about as far as band land. thankx again :coffee:

Rayman was awsome, it was ruined when they ported to the full 3d style. The 3d+2d platformer rules.

Ps: sorry for double posting.

I'd just like to add that you should go into the configuration for the Mooby plugin and turn up the CDDA volume. By default it's set to 0, so if you don't turn it up, you won't hear the in-game music while playing Rayman.

Mooby also let me hear the music for the game Breakout in ePSXe. I suggest that you don't set it to "repeat all CDDA tracks," though, because this can lead to weirdness, like with one game I tried where that setting made the first character who spoke repeat what he said in several different languages then go on to start speaking the dialog of the next character as the plugin continued making its way through the audio tracks.

Edited to add: If you don't want to deal with Mooby, Rayman works fine in the emulator pSX 1.13.
