my releases of my uploads in the forums above, because sometimes I release fixes or re-launch some
games that have problems. If you get my uploads you'll be sure of having the latest releases.
Additionally, you'll get the original package, not images made from discs, so you'll be sure that
nothing is corrupted.

F1 World Grand Prix II (PAL)

Source: GD dump.

This year's F1 season has just ended and I felt like playing a F1 game. I decided testing this one,
and as result, you can all have this DCRES release.

Although it's a PAL game, it will boot and run fine on NTSC (60hz) or VGA-Box. This game had never
a NTSC-U release, it was only released in Europe and Japan.

PAL users, apply the included patch if you want to play this game in 60hz, since it has no 50/60hz
selection.

Have fun.

Features of my release:
- Not corrupted files at all, it was made with GD dump files.
- Used custom DCRES optimization techniques. It means faster loadings and less Dreamcast reader
noise.
- Selfboot.

About the game:
- It has VGA Box support.

Other comments:
- "Extras" folder in the pack contains some useless stuff, including images. The files seems to be
of the first game, not this one.
- Release comes with covers.

Alcohol 120% probably can burn all extensions, but I recommend Disc Juggler for CDI files.

Yeah, I remember you can select 3 or 5 languages in menu.

It's indeed an awesome game. Too bad the slowdowns get too annoying if you use in-car view.

Yeah, VGA = 60hz.
DCRES version comes with 60hz patch for PAL consoles. In NTSC-U consoles it will already start in 60hz.
